Important reminder:

• Irrevocability of your bid : Each entered bid is unconditional. Therefore a bid can not be canceled.
• Validation of the offer by the selling agent : Any successful bid must be allocated by the seller.
• The buyer's responsibility : Product descriptions are made in good faith based solely on the information available to us. Clicpublic (Clictelia SA) does not own the lots sold and has no knowledge of their usage history. We therefore strongly recommend that you come and assess the condition of the product during the visit.
• Removal of the goods : Takeout is only possible on the date and schedule provided by Clicpublic. Collection takes place on premises that do not belong to us, and our staff are only present on the date and at the time stated in the sale. It is therefore impossible to provide access at any other time. You may appoint another person to come and collect your goods.
• Invoicing : The invoice is prepared on the basis of the information thet the bidder's account contains at the time the lot is assigned.
