Delivery

We do not offer a delivery service. In some cases, delivery may be offered, but this will be clearly indicated on the relevant sale.

Collection of goods.

Once you have won a property on clicpublic.be, you will undoubtedly be very anxious to take possession of it.

All goods offered for sale on clicpublic.be are stored in our warehouses or at the sales location designated by our principal. Any item purchased can be collected by your own means from its storage location.

The location of the good will always be indicated in the specific conditions of sale. As soon as the property has been allocated to you, we will inform you of a date and time slot for collecting your property.

The removal takes place exclusively on the date and time communicated by Clicpublic. The collection takes place on premises that do not belong to us, and our staff are only present on the date and time stated in the sale. It is therefore impossible to provide access at any other time.

If you are not available on that date, you may appoint another person to come and collect your item.
