We operate as a broker for the account of interim receivers, banks, trustees, bailiffs and company mediators. Clicpublic.be positions itself as their partner to handle all operations in relation with the recovery of available assets.

Our experts assume responsibility for the inventory, assessment and auctioning of lots and business assets entrusted to us. Our fully integrated approach covers all sales and logistic steps, from start to finish.

Our sales take place exclusively on the basis of auctions. Our auction office is aimed at companies and private individuals.

The origin of all goods put up for auction is certified. Certification is subject to all the necessary controls and checks.

Clicpublic.be pays particular attention to compliance with privacy protection legislation and rules. Furthermore, any bid is anonymous in the eyes of other clicpublic.be users.

Legal certainty All of our general and specific terms of sales comply with the most stringent legal provisions and are certified " MyLabel ".

All of our auctions are completely transparent. Our platform is regularly audited by bailiffs. At the request of third parties for whom we work, certain auctions are held under the supervision of a bailiff.

We undertake to do everything we can to describe and estimate goods with the utmost professionalism. Detailed descriptions, photos, videos, expert opinions, etc. clicpublic.be make every effort to provide a completely transparent description of the various goods. In addition, it is also possible to view the goods at predetermined dates.

Our prices

All prices are net prices (excluding VAT and on the basis goods are collected from one of our warehouses). With clicpublic.be there are no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises: Your bid amount includes all selling costs.

You can pay by bank transfer and you will receive an invoice for all purchased goods.
