• The purchaser is advised that the industrial oven is a bulky, heavy piece of equipment that is integrated into the existing facilities.
• The oven has not been used since December 2022 and could not be tested prior to being put up for sale. Consequently, no guarantee can be given as to its working condition, performance, freedom from defects or suitability for recommissioning. By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges that they have taken note of these details as well as the constraints associated with the dismantling and removal of the equipment, and undertakes to organise, at their own expense, risk and liability, all operations necessary for its dismantling, handling, loading and transport.
• In particular, the purchaser must: call upon qualified professionals where necessary and ensure they have suitable lifting and handling equipment; take all necessary measures to ensure that the building, walls, floors, ceilings, technical installations, pipes, wiring or any other equipment on the premises is not damaged; repair and restore, at their own expense, any item that may have been damaged during dismantling or removal; remove all waste, rubble, fixings or materials resulting from the dismantling; strictly comply with the instructions of the property owner and/or the organiser of the sale regarding access to the site and the terms of removal.
• No technical assistance, dismantling, handling or loading services will be provided by the seller or the organiser of the sale.
• The purchaser shall be fully liable for any damage caused to the premises or facilities. The purchaser may also be required to provide evidence, prior to collection, that they hold the necessary insurance to cover the risks associated with this operation.
• The equipment is sold as is, without any guarantee as to its operation, dismantling, the feasibility of reinstallation or the costs associated with its removal. Given the layout of the premises and the way the oven is integrated into the building, its dismantling may require substantial technical resources and incur significant costs.
• Bidders are advised to take this fully into account before submitting any bid.
